The Star Ledger (NJ) notes:
The Clintons are Democratic Party nobility, associated with the economic boom of the 1990s and the most successful Democratic presidency in more than 20 years.
To be honest, "most successful" should be replaced with "only".

The U.S. Senate's Slumber Party

A short excerpt from the Macaca Post pretty much sums up the U.S. Senate's recent slumber party:

In the wee hours, John McCain (R-Ariz.) walked alone toward the Senate chamber. "I'm going to speak all night," he vowed with determination.

"I'm going to bed," a reporter told the senator.

"You won't miss a thing," McCain assured.
